The position of the HDMI port does not allow direct connection of a TV stick
Use an HDMI extension cable, which can be purchased at any electronics store.
The included USB cable is short
Use a longer USB-C cable, for example one that is also suitable for use with a power adapter (5 V / 1 A).
The TV shows a picture but no sound
Check all items related to the TV type and connection method in the menu > Settings > Set-top box > TV output.
Turn up the volume on both the remote control and the TV stick.
TV stick won't start
Check if the TV stick is properly connected to the HDMI port of the TV.
Make sure the correct HDMI input is set.
If you are using an extension cable, try plugging the stick directly into the TV.
Verify that USB power is provided (5V/1A).
The remote control is not responding.
If the red LED is on, the remote control is not paired via Bluetooth - repeat the pairing.
If necessary, restart the TV stick by disconnecting the power.
TV stick froze
Switch to another channel or restart the device by disconnecting the power.
The channel list is empty.
Check the Wi-Fi connection status and start the resource refresh via the context menu (button no. 7 on the remote control).
If that doesn't help, restart the device by disconnecting and reconnecting the power.
The image is "squared"
Check the quality of your Internet connection or restart your device.
The image appears to be of poor quality.
Check the correctness of the TV output settings in menu > Settings > Set-top box > TV output.
Also check the default channel quality in menu > Settings > Set-top box > Interface.
Everything seems to be set up correctly, but the TV channels are not working
Check the quality of your Internet connection or router connection.
Restart the TV stick if necessary.
