This module is used for transparent wireless connection of points on the RS485 bus. Thanks to the DIN rail design with integrated 230 V power supply, installation is quick and easy.

The module is supplied with a direct SMA antenna or an external self-adhesive antenna, which can be placed on the surface of the switchboard. The module is equipped with a screw terminal block and an RJ45 connector for connection to the RS485 line, which allows the use of standard cabling supplied with photovoltaic inverters.

Configuration is done using a 16-position rotary switch to set the radio channel (1–16). When establishing a wireless connection, it is necessary that all communicating units are set to the same channel.

The module is supplied with an SMA antenna, direct or external self-adhesive antenna, which can be placed on the surface of the switchboard. The module includes a screw terminal block for the RS485 line as well as an RJ45 connector, which allows the use of standard cabling supplied with photovoltaic inverters.


The module configuration is set using a single 16-position rotary switch that selects the radio channel (1 - 16). For proper function, both communicating units must be set to the same channel.

Possibility to purchase an antenna with higher gain and longer cable

For more demanding installations, where the basic antenna cannot provide sufficient signal, it is possible to purchase an external antenna with higher gain and an extended connection cable for the ANTIK Wireless RS485 SMW RS1 module. The antenna is connected via an SMA connector and, thanks to the longer cable, it can be placed outside the distribution board, which allows you to optimize its position relative to the signal source.

This solution is particularly suitable for installations:
