Smart charging management

The WallBox Home AC 22 kW features smart charging management with selectable STANDARD or EXCESS modes, allowing for optimal energy utilization. Integrated with photovoltaic systems, it efficiently uses excess solar energy for charging, reducing costs and promoting sustainable solutions.

Wiring Diagram

The most efficient way to use solar energy is to consume as much of the generated power as possible directly within the household. The optimal use occurs during the day, such as charging a connected electric vehicle. The Antik Home WallBox allows you to direct energy flows from the solar inverter to charge your electric vehicle without the need for complex installation.

Vehicle charging from excess solar energy

The Wallbox detects the presence of the home solar inverter in the local network and regularly retrieves data on power flow to the grid using the MODBUS TCP protocol. Based on this information, it adjusts the charging power accordingly. All operational data is recorded in the Antik Smart Home mobile app.
