Who is eligible for a subsidy?

Subsidy of €3,500 - €500/kWp – for households that consume more than 3,000 kWh/year. The highest amount of support is €3,500 (maximum supported output up to 7 kWp with annual consumption above 7 MWh)

Subsidy of €4,025 - Subsidy with an increase of +15% - €575/kWp - the maximum amount of support is €4,025 . The subsidy with an increase applies to the current installation of emission-free equipment or to households that give up their existing solid fuel heating source (ORKO).

What is the basis for determining the amount of the subsidy provided?

It depends on the current air quality in the region.

Subsidies for projects can be affected by the air quality in the region. The worse the air quality, the higher the subsidies that can be provided. Therefore, cities and municipalities with a high risk of poor air quality, referred to as ORKO, are entitled to the highest possible level of subsidies.
